Our Specialty Leasing Program is a wonderful opportunity when you start a small business, to promote or expand your operation or to test the waters for the future as an inline or permanent tenant. If you are a Commercial service vendor looking for greater exposure, a temporary space at Carlingwood Shopping Centre may be the perfect solution for you. Providing you or your products with exposure to over 155,000 potential customers per week is part of the reason why our program is so successful.


Our carts offer minimum overhead with a low start-up cost. They are strategically located to provide high visibility, are attractive and offer competitive monthly pricing.


Our 10’ x 10’ kiosk spaces may be a very viable rental solution for you if you’d like to test temporary retail selling on a very short term basis.


In order to participate in any of the opportunities available in this program, please submit the following:

  • Complete Application form, including any additional information and/or a current Business Plan
  • Picture(s) of previous set-ups or sketches of your merchandising plans
  • Picture(s), catalogue or website showing your merchandise or explaining your services
