Position Description: We are seeking motivated individual to fill a PART-TIME Client Care Coordinator (CCC) position for our Carlingwood Mall location in Ottawa .

The CCC reports to the Territory Manager and is responsible for persuading, motivating, and influencing patients to convert inquiries forward into hearing test appointments. CCC's also build relationships with their patients in their community and the ideal candidate is someone who can convey trust, and confidence to our patients with outstanding communication and customer service skills.

Each CCC receives regular support and coaching from our highly engaged leadership team to ensure they are maximizing every opportunity to get people in the door, so that you have the opportunity to improve the quality of people's lives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in retail and/or medical services environment

  • Post-secondary education

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
